Synopsis: A high school freshman named Hodaka Morishima runs away from his home on an isolated island to Tokyo. He struggles to find a job and a place to live, eventually finding work at a small-time occult magazine. Just as he starts to feel his life is getting back on track, he encounters a mysterious girl named Hina Amano who has a strange and wondrous ability: she can control the weather with a simple prayer.
